The weird thing is that i think the game didn't try to acess the internet or the webcam, but that these Dialogs were implemented by the Game itself, because i've never seen any of these on any application and the Internet connection attempt would have opened the Firewall Settings.

I'm sure others had said this already but I wanted to say it here for people who don't know. Ray is an early gen character as well, introduced alongside Mighty in the game SegaSonic the Hedgehog. In case you are confused why you never seen him, it's because that game was on a console that Sega failed to adapt due to the rise of video games that came after it.
