His neutral was extremely strong, needs to work on ending the combos better but overall extremely impressive. I’m glad to see more people putting sora to use.

honestly might be the best combo game sorra yet tho. No offence to Kameme, but every part of his combo game needs work in comparison. The dude had waaay better set ups into combos too and the ability to have all those combo routes down but also swap between based on where and when the nair connects is actually almost inhuman. Can anyone really complain either when his combos are ending more consistently than the best sorra (who often drops both the ends of combos but is also forced to end them short but flubing IDJs)? Idk really hope he gets a chance to travel sometime and prove himself we need more sorra but deserve this task level on top tier players.

Yup, really nice work in neutral, but def needs to just start f smashing people out of the loops at ledge instead of idj up air strings and all the other stuff he was trying to do

Raarchyor looks like such a promising player to beat the Mkleo of Europe 3-0 twice. The way he plays Sora is so interesting, and hopefully, we'll see him at more tournaments outside of Europe. Who knows, maybe he'll even clash keyblades with Kameme someday? 😉

I'm not seeing it. Tweek likes tech yes but he likes freedom much more. Sora does not have a very adjustable/ free playstyle.

Tweek actually loves how Sora plays in this game but doesn't think he's tournament viable. @@raaseraphicThat's literally the only thing he has going for him. He's the type of character that rewards out of the box thinking more than most of the cast.

I'm not using my experience as a clear evidence, but when I play my friend's Sora, the frame advantage, and how safe his Sora feels after almost every whiff, and how fast his good moves are, the coverage, confirms, edge guard, its always on my mind how Sora could be a top 10 character AT LEAST if he was played or more popular. And I'm over here playing Kazuya complaining.

Sora doesn't play by a lot of characters rules. Uses a sword, uses zoning, and has floaty attributes. He's not OP by any means. His speed is underwhelming, and his killing power isn't the greatest compared to higher tier threats, but his frame data is very good. What really sets Sora apart in particular is how good he is at recovering and edge-guarding, which is still only optimal if you are maintaining a really good neutral to begin with. It's not like you are 1hKOing opponents, but you're certainly outlasting them a bit. He's like Sonic in that sense. Or Pac-Man. Kazuya, for instance, is good at dealing heavy hits and applying pressure and fear. Sora is the opposite. Uses his freedom and aerial supremacy to harass opponents and piss them off.

Is his frame data actually good? Jab 1 is 5 frame startup but 24 frames endlag and -22 on shield. Lots of his moves are -20+ on shield and have lots of endlag

Kameme’s combos are better IMO. He’s pretty reliable for an up air finisher at least, whereas a couple of these had some wonky enders/were just dropped completely. That being said, this guy’s neutral is impeccable, so much patience but then he’s ready to go the moment an opportunity shows up.

How is this different from Peach, Mario, Wario, etc. or people getting hyped about those long 0-73839 or death combos? Like they all are doing some frame tight combos but people hate watching Sora but love watching those other characters who do the same game-robbing gameplay cheese. I personally love it bc how hard they are to execute but people gotta stop calling Sora lame when more popular characters do the same inescapable shit lol

Part of it is how slow he generally plays, so the hype moments are few and far between That game 1 between R and Gluto lasted 6 minutes, and I couldnt tell you where the time went

@@2000Doriyas Not true. Rob has a bunch of known sauce that Zomba has not yet implemented/mastered. Sora is another character with a bunch of harder 0 go death or crazy combos that some players are only now starting to master and implement. Riddles showed what can happen if you master crazy combos with Kazuya. Not all characters have this capability. Doc, Ganondorf, little mac etc. Wadi himself said he didn't know how to do 90% of Robs sauce.

Please stop referring to literally everyone as "they". Not only is it highly confusing, but it's also inaccurate. Both of the people playing don't identify as a "they", they identify as a "he". Sometimes the pronouns "he/him" will literally be written on the screen, and you guys still use "they". Is it perfectly fine to misgender cis people, regardless of their wishes? Does respect only go one way? Because that's the message that I'm getting. Who cares if I get offended though? My opinions and feelings are completely invalid, based entirely on the immutable characteristics I was born with, and can't change. Not even that, based entirely on immutable characteristics that people _assume_ I was born with. Reality is much too complex for assumptions to ever account for. It's just beyond whacky that a lot of people like you, Esam, have become what you were fighting against. Believe what you want, just be consistent in those beliefs. Hypocrisy doesn't look good on anyone.
