My birth mother found me when I was 29. I was stolen when I was 1yrs old. This happened to more people than anyone realizes. Some of us don't even know. Some of us don't live that long. My birth mother is gone now. I was blessed to have met her and had time with her before she left.

@mysharonarose She knew the people who took me. But didn't know where. So when she had money to hire somebody, they did a state by state search. I was born in the West. Was taken to the east. My name was changed too. I was driving when I got the call. Was a bit of a shock to say the least. Had a woman on the phone saying she was my mom, while my "mother" was sitting next to me in the car. I said the woman's name out loud, my "mother" whom was next to me flipped out. That told me something was up.

A lot of the parents that adopted these kids had no idea they were stolen. They were agencies that worked with low income places that would tell the mom the baby died during child birth but some remember hearing baby crying it’s awful. I have had patients tell me about it or they was young and their family sent them to these labor houses they would stay there as soon as they start showing and come back the day the baby is born but never allowed to see the baby

I’m right there with you Bro on the Jesus front! I thank and praise my Lord and Savior _everyday_ because of all He has done for me. He has seen me through so many rough times. He’s protected me from myself in times of foolishness. He has carried me throughout my life in times when it seems all hope is lost. He protected my mind, heart, and spirit just recently when someone in my life attempted to trigger a panic attack so that I would accept their alcoholism. I had prayed vigorously before broaching the topic. Jesus kept me so calm and peaceful inside, when it used to be that the guilt tactics and deflections would have sent me into a crying, shaking mess. I cannot be more grateful to Him. The person I “confronted” about their problem, despite saying some incredibly hurtful things, has so far attended 2 AA meetings. I just got done thanking God that you have a loving family and support each other. I also thanked Him for His never-ending goodness to us. We truly have a great God in Jesus! 🙌🥰🙌 ✝️ 🙌🥰🙌

Even that man in the brown jacket is getting choked up and teary! How amazing she got to reunite with her parents while they were both still alive. Now they can rest easy knowing their baby is back!!😢

I’m so glad for them z you know they thought she was dead a long time ago so to find out she isn’t and be able to hold her must be the greatest gift. I hope they have the time and ability to make more memories together than they lost ❤
