Structuring is hard but it'll get easier for you over time! And sweet, I was hoping someone would catch those and copy them haha. Would love to hear updates from you on how it's coming along in the next few weeks. I self studied just the basics of engineering so I could apply it to business systems. I would say yes I've been pretty structed even before I got into business. I used to do Pokémon video game tournaments and would have Google sheets for meta analysis, game theory, and competitive strategies. In terms of resources, I would say your #1 resource is your customers. Pay attention to what they're saying, look at the data (market research, demographics, current metrics vs. KPIs). You'll always make the best and know what to prioritize in your to do lists if you're mind is always on the customer. Example: "Let's put myself in the shoes of a customer. Ok cool, so the first time they interact with my company is this ad. This is exactly what they're seeing and feeling. Oh right, this video is missing the desired result or emotion I want to feel otherwise I would never buy it. Let's change that. Ok now they click on the ad. Wow the price this website is offering is too high for the amount I'm getting. Damn, how can I do this because my margins are thin? Oh wow, I know! I can setup a bundle and also negotiate with my supplier tomorrow. Ok, if I'm the customer I don't really feel like purchasing. Bye, let's exit website. I'm really missing out on some money I spent to acquire this customer. Let's bring them back with some ads that follow them all over the internet. We could even send them some emails because we got it from checkout."

I'm testing a new store/niche right now but the launch has been delayed a little bit because of problems with Google suspensions (I wanted to test launching in this platform first, as the traffic is more relevant). So I don't have any customers now, and given the situation I'm preparing some creatives for Facebook to see how it goes... I'll definitely be paying attention to every detail and KPI once I start to get traffic and some traction and review frequently the customer's journey from the moment they interact with my brand. Thanks for all these tips my man! I'll keep you updated and I hope to bring some good news in the coming weeks :)

Those are cool but they aren’t 100% accurate enough if you want to split profits with a partner or do your taxes. I usually find it best to do a combo of a profit tracker app, manual spreadsheets, and Quickbooks
