Use Houndoom as a suicide Mon. It can use Counter, just so you know

Swampert learns both Counter and Mirror Coat, so it can also be used as a pseudo-Wobbuffet. Although it cannot trap opponents, it is bulkier, allowing it to counter and bounce back more attacks.
