The Dardo in War Thunder is easily the most interesting thing in War Thunder Red Skies Update. The Dardo is an Italian IFV with a 25mm automatic Cannon and 2 TOW launchers that fire the infamous top down attack missiles, the TOW 2B.
The Dardo is absolutely ferocious. No doubt about it the Italian Dardo is pretty overwhelming for most enemies due to its ability to fire 25mm APFDS with 90mm of penetration at an extreme high rate of fire as well as destroy more armoured opponents with the TOW-2B missile.
The Dardo is the ideal machine for locking down an area of the map or getting on the enemies flank. With the Dardo you can take out multiple opponents with ease if they aren't expecting you. By the time they react it's already too late.
The TOW Missile Launcher is capable of firing TOW 2 B missiles which are absolutely ideal for hitting enemies behind cover. Nothing is safe from these missiles and there is almost no counter at all other than doing your best to shoot it down with your machineguns. You might think you're safe behind a big rock or down behind a hill... but you're most definitely not!
The Dardo is really awesome, perhaps just a little bit low in Battle Rating.
