@@krixzby695im 3 months clean from the hub videos, i used an app called QuitMasturbation and it counts your days you havnt busted one, and if you fail you gotta click the reset button and restart. I kept failing like every 6-7 day, and eventually got mad at myself and i kept my mind busy all the time. Whenever i felt tempation i started to pray, showered, play a video game, went for a walk/run, anything to get me distracted from the hub. Its a good feeling once you pass the first month.

I like the nuance. Most “gurus” preach starving girls of their fan-hood but you can’t lose what you never found so this is an important distinction. Game needs more distinctions. If you try to employ high value tactics which have a tendency to convey some degree of inactivity/patience it will only work if the context exists. You can’t not care about a girl you’ve never met and you can’t act aloof towards a girl that’s never seen you. You have to instigate shit sometimes before you can game the situation. It takes work to start a fire but after it’s lit it’ll take out acres without you having to lift another finger
