With the xtrusion rack make sure you get the updated installation manual when you download it. When we did mine it was the old instructions and we got the rear and front posts wrong initially.

Definitely an upgrade with the ReTrax, I personally have the remote operated one on my Hilux, it's definitely sweet. Dig how the build is coming along, cannot wait to see what you're going to do with the XTrusion Overland rack...agree 100% the smooth lines using the T-Tracks on the bed cover. Love the back and forth between you and Taylor - definitely a nice mini rivalry going. One thing I'd look at, having driven a lifted Chevy 1500 myself for 5 years, is having your truck re-geared. It'll make for much better towing, along with wear and tear on the transmission. 37's are pretty hefty. I love my retractable bed cover I've had it on for several years now. Mine has what looks like a long seat belt on the inside so when it's retracted you just pull the strap. The maker is escaping me right now though
