Ummm suuuuuure. Suuuure. History of ballet: rich men's brothels. No seriously it was essentially a cover for prostitution on the upper scale. Only rich clientele were customers that went in the back to pick the girls they liked and yes the girls knew this. That "sponsorship" was really just prostitution. Its really changed since then and is no longer used as a way to backdoor paying rich men. However Ballet WAS not the bed of elegance people paint it as. Its only through some strange mix of perseverance, Anna Pavlova and common misconception where it got to now. Thank hells that part of its history....mostly went away.

@@WhitneyDahlin Rehearsal is often without music. While tempo is set by the music, the dancers' movements are timed by the count, the 5-6-7-8 you often hear to begin a dance sequence. Dance and music are symbiotic components, each adding layers of expression. Space and lighting are examples of other expression layers. A performance is both artistic and technical at the same time, pretty cool.

You can set your playlist private, or create a new playlist for this type of video that you enjoy, and that's for you alone. It's my understanding, KZfaq basically owns all material uploaded to their website. They probably have some exceptions, like professional singers... professional artists of any kind. But most videos are probably owned outright by KZfaq, because they're a business for profit. I have heard that even individuals who own a video and want to correct some error or mistake, even they can't access their own uploaded video. All they can do is upload a new, corrected copy of their video with changes made, along with a forward explaining what their doing and why. Feel free to correct me if anyone knows differently. Please!

It's easier for bathroom breaks and doesn't wind up with your leotard on a public bathroom floor, and it's less revealing when dancing, while leotard on top can ride up.

No. This is choreographed by Kevin Jenkins and it was an idea he had to use dancers as a mass to symbolize water as a whole (the piece is called "Still Water").

So beautiful it makes me cry! In Heaven, I’ll be a dancer, to the music of the stars, no more evidence of aging , no more sign of earthly scars. I’ll be as graceful as night’s moonbeams and warm as summer days. I’ll tiptoe past 100 years as rainbows ‘neath my gaze. I’ll finally know Perfection I’ll know as I am known. All the answers to my questions Fulfilled at my King’s throne. There I’ll be the dancer, More than I’ve hoped to be, Every moment a new answer, Every step so Heavenly .

So you think you remain a human, in heaven. Ask yourself, what would the point of that be. You will never find one verse in the bible that suggests that.

@@NightShooter87 oh! You’ve been there!? No…. I guess we will all find out won’t we? Since Our Lord was fully human and fully God I expect He will take pure joy in showing us EXACTLY what we will be. You certainly seem more worried about it than I am. The one thing is, “I will know even as I am known.”BTW That’s 1Corinthians 13:12. It would do you good to start at the beginning of the chapter and read the whole thing. I refuse to let HUMANS like you discourage me.
