200% my man, here's to hoping Arma 4 delivers on just that. I would also keep in mind that my PC is def not "high-end" as one might say, but still, game has a lot of jankiness that I would hope doesn't transfer with the Enfusion engine to Arma 4.

Reforger is amazing, the graphics are on point, everything looks so nice and beautiful, all the controls, movements and positioning of your player is fantastic, being able to cover behind a wall and lower yourself enough so that nobody can see you, driving physics are great too in my opinion, you can actually feel the vehicle when driving, I'm in love with Reforger, I been in love with all ArmA & OFP games since the first OFP came out long long time ago, I just wish it had Editor like in previous titles with decent AI because that's where I used to spend most of my time when playing ArmA & OFP titles but I guess we have to wait till ArmA 4 comes out.

Just got this and arma3

- broken and exploitable "votekick" system - no info on what a random votekick is about and - no info on the player activity (rank? supplies delivered? enemies killed? teamkills? base deconstruction?) - unlimited vote kick spamming - no official server #vote admin option - no option to change server settings / time skips - only 3rd person servers - still no working vehicle mirrors or view ports to enable first person only gameplay on some vehicles - only half the roadmap actually delivered - changes to the initial release that made brightness during day and night worse -> bright outdoors looking out through windows -> unrealistic bright nighttime where you can see through forests without any lightsources - in consequence, nobody, including AI, even using flashlights or vehicle headlights anymore, anyone who says "the night time is still too dark" is lying their ass off or plays on a potato display, probably on an xbox - mi-8 jumping around before the rotors even create any force - bug with driver in vehicles bouncing around when the vehicle is standing still has still not been fixed after months - map marking input a massive downgrade from arma 3 and irritating console optimized junk selection wheel that makes markings significantly slower - no volume control on radio - "medical system" is nothing but bleeding out, no other effects - still cannot drag/carry wounded players - hexagon interaction markers *everywhere* - constantly showing when in vehicle seats - freelook enables you to essentially wallhack and see through bushes with hexagon interaction on previously injured enemies - massively reduced weather options and rain sound design of someone pissing in a tin can - not even thunder storms and crappy distant "thunder" as downgrade from arma 3 - reduced view distance shows the ridiculous cloud layer put over the terrain with visible outline over it - full moon is a white featureless glowing sphere - weird sky artifacts from the absolute 2010-esque garbage quality put into it - not even a single fucking boat or ship - on an island map - but we can flush toilets and remember just some little details as arma 3s steam achievements having some actual skill based ones? like "noone dies". reforger is nothing but number grind achievements, none of them request any actual skill. that you don't see any of this and the many more issues and say "it come such a long way" really shows why they get away with this shit, the new players are even worse than the new tencent employed dev team.

@@legatilegions8055 Trench combat has been a feature of war since at least 1700 and utilizing trenches in warfare from at least the 100s onward and very likely before. These things just don't disappear. Drones aren't the end all super weapon to knock out everything else, they're vulnerable and will be made more vulnerable with time.

Tanks will always be on the battlefield, russia is making 100 a month or so, but the times where tanks play a mojor role in assoults like we saw them spearhead in ww2 is over and gone, until they fix the top armor and develop better anti drone capabilities@@giw_jones

@@PershingOfficial one thing that would definitely help the frames, specifically when aiming, is turning off 3D scopes. It's basically drawing the world twice. unless that's your personal preference!

arma experience is more like 12fps

Playing the arma series my whole life has made me so sanguine about low frame rates. Like as long as I'm above 30 I'm happy.

If the map is still availabe to you, ask your friends and your community to play that map again but this time as a 1-live event. than it becomes scarely real to attack and fight in the trenches. Could only be topped by the real deal.
