Please dont add navratan oil. It will make your cube slower after time. I have been speedcubing for 4 years now. I reccomend you disassemble your cube and then apply linseed oil in the core and in the turning edges. Your cube will be smooth like butter.

Just so you know adding oil on Rubiks cube will make the screws and nuts get rusty and spoil ur rubiks cube. So it is not recommended to add oil cubes

@@saritabarnawal4141 oil don't cause rusting. But if you use machine oil or grease etc. Then there can be a black coating on the nuts but this is not also rust, and it can be removed just by wiping it I know that because I had once putten machine oil in my cube

Because of this, they actually dissolve a little of the plastic surface which makes the plastic sticky and drastically increases the friction coefficient. This makes the cube feel slow and sluggish. You can just open the center cover and lose the screw to make it fast but make sure to not make it too lose or it will dismantle
