This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home but can also be built as a hud home! The manufacturer for this house is Ritz Craft. The model for this home is the “Babcock” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,700 square foot(total). Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I would probably make the under the stairs area the pantry of if it had a basement, I would move the overstock pantry to the basement.

Gorgeous home, not gorgeous shelving. No wire shelving, the shelving in the master bedroom closet is fantastic! Replace the others with wood and we are gold!👍

This home definitely has the WOW factor attached to it. Love that there is a separate drawer storage area for the trash can and recycling bin. That saves up some space for sure. I am surprised there's no pantry, but you could turn that area on the side of the steps into one. Loved how spacious the bedrooms were and really liked that extra area by the upstairs bedrooms. The master closet's shelves were something that I've not seen in homes you toured yet, and I really liked the style of them. Pricey homez but beautiful for sure!

I love the upstairs bath, and agree it needs GFID outlets! Those square sinks also should be in downstairs bath too. I really like the fixtures in the bath, and the ones all over the house.

Chance, this is a very lovely sized house 🏡🏡!! It's made different, than most modular homes that you showed!! It's designs are impeccable and completely stunning!! The rooms are very large and very comfortable, very spacious, comfy, cozy and rustic looking!! Love the wood paneling and flooring!! Very crafty kitchen and the laundry room is just perfect!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great 👍👍!! This house 🏠🏡 is just hard to believe that it's a modular!! Thank you for bringing this to us!!

I like this one. I think that when my kids were living at home I would have made make that big bedroom upstairs into two bedrooms. I might have even made five bedrooms! That way there would have been one for each of my five kids but I would probably just have it be four bedrooms and have my twins share a bedroom and the playroom would have cool rugs like we did when my kids were little like the racetrack rug or the one of the city they really enjoyed that one. That way they could all have rugs that fit their individual personalities and they weren't as expensive to change as they grow as it would have then to change up the carpet in the house.

Having a 2nd half bath or even another full bath upstairs wound be really good. Ypu have 3 people living up there plus someone using the retreat but only 1 bathroom wound be a pain.

Goodness from the outside, no one would suspect it is a "mobile home" or 'trailer! It needs a covered front porch though so that you or guests don't have to stand in pouring rain while you get the door opened. For the size of the house, on the floorplan the kitchen area and cupboards are too small. It looks bigger off the floor plan but I think that is because of all the appliances. I just watched one of your single wide videos and the kitchen it had was almost like this one. Not that I would turn down this kitchen but if you are cooking for a crowd you need more space and storage. A house like this deserves a walk-in pantry + dance! I do like all the drawers in the island which helps so much for storage. I know some people don't cook anymore, or don't cook much, but before I got disabled I cooked and baked up a storm. I needed drawers for all my dish clothes, dish towels, potholders, aprons, placemats, table clothes, cloth napkins, silverware, utensils, etc. I have seen some kitchens with barely enough drawers to hold a couple potholders and dish towels. Wow I love the master closet!!!

It's nice to see one with the finished upstairs. I know it's a two-story so of course they've got to finish it. In all your videos, I think I've only seen one double wide with a finished attic space.

Nice fireplace! It’s sort of cornered, much like the one in my home. Good entrance. Good kitchen. I’m not much of one for two story houses. They look nice, but I tend to think of future use, where the possibilities of physical mobility comes into play. I know it doesn’t happen to everyone, but for those that it does, especially as we age. It is a nice looking home though. Like the master bed and bath.

Thanks for the tour Chance. Great home! ❤️ Only thing missing is space for a freezer. The large bedroom upstairs could be used as a master also. Especially if a family has small children that they want closer to their room.

The home is beautiful. I do have a few suggestions though. 1. Move the microwave away from the stove, blocking the headroom. 🥴 2. Take out the bathtub from the master bath, make a larger shower and there could be a larger closet.

Love the size of the rooms. The can lights are a nice addition. The posts on the island look cheap, but otherwise the kitchen layout is beautiful. Love the kitchen drawers! The bedrooms are a great size! The guest bath layout is brilliant. I prefer that the toilet in the master bath be enclosed in a water closet. Great his and hers master closet!

My parents had the same kitchen layout in their home. It was a ranch style home. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home. It was a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. They converted the garage into a bedroom with a bathroom during the spring and summer of 1991. Luckily they did needed a permit to build since it was under the roof of the house and mostly under the garage. My father had a 3 car garage that was attached from the house. It was settled in the woods. The house is now being used as a vacation rental. I do missed in going to see my parents living there to hangout or played with their dog a little bit.

Nice living room with gorgeous fireplace. Great kitchen. I love to see a sink and half bath in the utility room. I like the coat closet & storage closet under the stairs. Nice layout for the upstairs bathroom. I love the upstairs bedroom with the window in the walk in closet. Beautiful master bath, but the shower needs a seat. I was ready to move in until I saw the price, yikes!

Nice home, just hate the vents in the floor. Love the tall cabinets in the kitchen, very nice. Just wish it had a pantry bigger than the one big cabinet. The rooms upstairs are good size, no skimping there.

@@cathymcbryde1799 It refers to the exterior shape of the house, though this home doesn't quite fit the saltbox description (two story front, roof sloping to one story in back). This one has that type of front elevation.

Something I noticed, it wouldn't bug everybody, but if you have OCD like me, it would bug you. They mixed and matched the two different common plug and switch designs. They even did it side-by-side.

This is a beautiful home! Love the accent walls ... is that shiplap? Lots and lots of closet space (can never have too many closets lol). The rooms are all great sizes. But, the icing on the cake is the master bedroom closet. I love the shelves in there. I am the oddball who like wire racks for ventilation (closets can get stuffy and clothes take on a stale odor) but these shelves are a perfect combination - no wire racks and ventilation! The only thing I don't like is that the master closet is in the bathroom.

The retreat area I can use that as a guest area for people to stay. That’s what I would use that as like a pull out couch can go right there. Or I will use it as a Business center

Thank you Chance, good job. I am not a two story home person but if I needed a home I would be looking at this in a heartbeat? I am not a stainless appliance fan but with the dark cabinets (which I love) they pop! The only thing I would talk about changing is upstairs large front bedroom? If they can put piping in the floor to do a 1/2 bath in the corner of large closet? You still would have enough closet and then you would have a in-law suite?

Nice home, love the corner fireplace in the living room and just wish didn't have to Walk past the dining table with the laundry and that the kitchen had a few more cabinets and at least a step in pantry. The upstairs bathroom I like how the Shub is separate from the toilet. Wish the water closet and the half bath downstairs had windows in them and that they could open.
