I was travelling from navi mumbai to kurla on 30 march and the ola driver took a longer route even after me telling him not to. Once the trip ended he showed me an unusual photo of the total amount . I was confused and showed him the total fair in my phone is different from what he was showing me . He in a very stern voice asked me to take the issue up with ola. I took a photo of the total fair that he was showing me and got down and forgot about this whole thing until today. There is no option to speak with customer service.they gave me a refund of 200rs by speaking with the chat bot,but it was not about the money but the scam which is going on. Glad that you are showing it . Thank you gaurav sir .

Ola Uber drivers have gone crazy nowadays. Yesterday I booked uber from Elante mall Chandigarh to my home and it showed ₹300. I sat in cab and then within seconds when exiting mall, Taxi union stopped us and started harassing me and uber driver. They asked driver to take extra money from me that is extra 200(total ₹500) and not 300. They did not let me go for atleast 15 mins kept harassing until I agreed to pay extra. Although Uber driver was good and didn’t take extra money when ride ended but still it was a horrifying experience.

This happened with me too. What these guys do is they try to act quite oversmart by booking two rides at once and when they complete 1 ride with the customer they ask the customer to pay first then they'll cancel it after they pay these guys don't cancel it and then they go to the other customer for second ride. So what happens now is the trip starts from the drop location of the first customer and that is why the amount adds up and then the second customer is asked to pay triple or even four times the amount in which the ride was booked. So always check the bill and don't go by the amount they tell you to pay. If any problem will be there, the driver will report it on the respective platform and you will get a call from there customer support on your registered mobile number. Never ever make this mistake of talking to the guy who your ride partner wants you to talk to.
