The first round of the high end Epiphones some have been recently discontinued and on sale what's left of them..the Epiphone custom koa..and the epiphone modern figured Sgs..I would imagine these models will go way up on the used market when they have all sold out.. looking forward to seeing what epiphone has next for us..

Look at these people and I'm sure it's the same with this guitar too this is why you never take a KZfaqrs word for it you always research what they say.. Gibson uses veneer and lots of it.....Gibson's semi-hollowbodies like the ES-335 and ES-339 have tops and backs constructed of layers (either 3 or 4) of maple veneer. My understanding is that the veneers are assembled in successive cross-grain layers with the top layer having its grain longitudinal to the length of the guitar. The tops and backs are approximately 1/4" in thickness after layup.

I dig the satin blue ES-345. I’m not really an ES guy, but I do have a soft spot for 345’s. I think it comes down to having grown up with & learning to play guitar on my dad’s 1968 Hummingbird. Since It has the same double parallelogram inlays as the ES-345, and I always dug the looks of them. Plus the 345 seems to be a underdog. The unloved, under appreciated step child of the ES- 335. Plus the fact that Micheal J. Fox rocked Johnny B Goode with that Bigsby equipped ES-345 on Back to the future- it doesn’t get much cooler than that especially as it was borrowed from Norm of Norm’s Rare Guitars. That’s like cool stacked on cool

Holly Berry would be more of a Christmas throw back than a tribute to Halley Berry since Holly berry's are part of a wreath or garland. The SG special at the beginning sort of has that color of a bike I'm looking at possibly getting but more black and sort of a deep oil finish like a Texas T paint .

My favorite was that pinkish nightmare custom till I saw 10:15 that sunburst 335 at the end.. ty for bringing me back to earth with the normal looking 335, sanity prevailed!

That cs-365 is freakin sweet. Not 6k sweet but i did those semi holo guitars like homme plays in queens of the stone age. Guess thats why i have a bb1200 i hardly play lol

Hi! Nice video once again! Anyone knows where to find metal screws to hide the bridge holes like on the guitars at 2:10 or 3:50 on the video? I can't find anything online and I don't even know how it is called (I'm french). I tried "kept off studs" like Trogly says in the video, but I can't find anything either. 356 and 336 is not simply a scaled down 335. It looks like one but construction is similar to a les paul than a 335 👍🏻

The instruments that had the color matched headstocks could be really interesting if, just as they had left some of the black veneers showing around the edges, if they had also left some of the veneer exposed on just two edges of the mother of pearl Gibson logo so that it would appear as a drop shadow, and then they could also do the same treatment around the rest of the mother of pearl on the headstock, it may not be cost effective, however, it would look really interesting. the players grade les pauls from the demo shop are my favorites. nice looking guitars you can use at more affordible prices. the repaint mod shop with the esculated prices id never go for. thanks for posting always interesting

I liked the 3-pick-up Natural LP Custom , the Gold Top w/P-90s , and the Vintage Burst ES-335 , I know my tastes are WAY out there but Im allergic ! Thanks Trog !
