Goku’s transformation in SSJ against A19 was badass, however, for a new version of this character from that exact point in the anime, he must have some kind of revival or endurance and be extremely powerful to mitigate the constant loss of health and make it slightly worthy to use

despite this man drawback and weak blast dmg, sometimes hes fun because people don't realize even with the type disadvantage hes still dropping mad dmg for having some of the highest crit rate ever.
