Well, AD would be a good backup I guess, but too injury prone to be your starter, and clearly they are playing him too many minutes. Would OKC or Denver or the Celtics or Minnesota trade any of their players for the guy in the same position on the Lakers?

Bradley and Devin have the exact same type of player skillsets. They are not complimentary, and KD has never been an Alpha dog player that can lead through adversity. When you look at them on the floor together, they never have good chemistry with their ball flow it's you go, I go, let him go, no easy buckets from movement by that team.

They're all Type A personalities, high-achieving go-getters who got their money by being aggressive and knowledgeable in a particular business, or at least in the successful manipulation of large piles of money. But however much they know about business, and about basketball (as Ishbia clearly thinks he does) they don't get the BUSINESS OF BASKETBALL. The business side is one thing, the playing side is one thing...but building a successful title contending team...that's something Ishie CLEARLY has no clue about. He's gonna have plenty of time to learn though, since he's put his franchise behind a whole long row of 8-balls.

To those complaining abt. the Warriors, Steph needed more help. He didn't complain about it or make excuses because that's not who he is, but the fans complained about him having no help. There were two articles posted abt. him getting no calls from the Refs this season, so he was playing against the Refs, too. He had to carry that team. Plus, he had to play against the Refs, because he doesn't get calls even when he's obviously fouled.The man did all he could to carry that team. It's not fair to label him as a failure. Some people are quick to judge because they don't look at the whole picture.

You can’t have 3 batmans. And 3 offensive batmans who can’t defend. Any GM worth their salt knows that 2 star shooters is all they need. The third star has to be a superstar passer or defender to balance the team. For example. wolves, got gobert. Everybody mocking them. But he really help balance the Wolves with his unselfish play and defence. Letting the others play more open.

I'm glad the Lakers are done as well. Now playoff refs will at least be fair and consistent going forward and one guy won't be allowed to travel/foul/COMPLAIN unpunished all the goddamn time. I've never seen a team get embarrassed 4 straight yrs in a row like the Suns.Choked and got gentlemen swept by the Bucks in the Finals.Got embarrassed by the Mavs at home by 40 points.The next year, they get embarrassed by the Nuggets at home again.This year, they get blown out in nearly every game & swept by the T Wolves.I've been watching basketball a long time.I've never seen a team have embarrassing endings 4 yrsin a row.I can see if they put up a good fight every time, but no.The Suns basically just rolled over & died every time.

No draft picks for 6 years all to get Beal is insane. Best bet imo is to add an actual PG and have Beal come off the bench and play a role like Ginobili did for the Spurs. Right now they have all scoring but terrible playmaking and 3 aging stars who don't play defense.

As a Suns fan, I appreciate being a realist because I tried telling everyone it was going to blow up in our faces after we got rid of Monty. I tried telling all of my friends that it was going to be an embarrassing downward spiral. They were talking too much during the 2021 WCF and I knew then we weren’t going to win, not then or in the future.

to be fair to Nurk he broke his leg the one year the Blazers made it to the WCF. if they made it that far starting Enes Kanter then Nurk would've racked up another 8 wins (and however many losses)
