Lance Sterling, a cocky secret agent, is framed as a traitor and teams up with socially inept scientist Walter Beckett. They embark on a mission to stop a cybernetically enhanced terrorist named Killian, who plans to use attack drones to seek revenge on the agency. Along the way, Lance accidentally transforms into a pigeon and with Walter's help, they evade capture, retrieve valuable information, and ultimately save the world. Despite initially being fired, Lance and Walter are rehired by the agency due to the lessons they've learned.
