Except that she ruled in favor of Citizens United. Michael Avenatti said he would get rid of the Supreme Court. After Kavanaugh, I'm almost there.

She good for latinos and illegal immigration. She and her people didn't build this country. They came here to be helped because they were not able to make it in their countries of origin.

She twists the Constitution, she despises the Constitution and hates the Bill of Rights, the very concept of limited government. What's to be proud of?

I am so in awe of Justice Sotomayor. She is honest, real, not political and exactly what America needs right now. I pray for Justice Ginsberg that her health will hold out that she will be able to see her amazing works. It is tough and she is getting frail.
@Squre5 жыл бұрын
I hope both leftists leave soon, by whatever way possible.
@jeantaua90535 жыл бұрын
What is it exactly people like you and the ever vile, disgusting Trump really want for America? Do you think it would really be fair or would represent the American Public if every single office, Judgeship, or Congressional position was filled with only one half of the political equation? Do you really think there would be any sort of checks and balances if only one party ran every thing? Before you continue your Liberal bashing, think about what it would do to America if only Republicans ran this country like they almost do now.
@Squre5 жыл бұрын
I want the Constitution followed. The left goes off emotions not the Constitution. They interpret the Constitution on the way they feel, not what it is written. They want to raise taxes (steal more of my money). They want to fundamentally change the United States. Leftists are nothing but enemies to this country. If the country was run by true conservatives (not Republicans), our country would be better off.
@jeantaua90535 жыл бұрын
First off, the giant tax cut Trump has given the billionaires comes directly our of your pocket. Yes, I admit I am a very emotional person. Have you ever heard of emotional intelligence? It is the ability to feel very deeply about a cause with out letting it over whelm you. By making sure the poverty stricken are insured, gives every person more money because these individuals do not have to use emergency rooms as clinics. I don't believe there is a state that offers welfare without having the applicant, providing they are able bodied, sign up with Workforce services as well. That is why they combined both Job services and welfare services into one service. If the angry right would slow down and see what is really going on, they might see that Health and Human Services gets more bang for the buck than many of the other departments.
@Squre5 жыл бұрын
The tax cuts helped businesses and other Americans as well. It helped my brother and others I know. The only real tax cut I want is the end of the income and property tax. Taxation is theft.

I knew a wealthy family whose parent went to a prestigious academic institution. Later, this parent's first two children attended that very same institution Eventually, the third, less academically qualified child was accepted via the legacy concept (and also, mostly likely, as a result of that family's financial donations to that academic institution). I disagreed with the advantage that student afforded to, but not earned by that student, and I was even more upset by the thought that some other, more well-deserving student's place at that institution was displaced as a result.

You know, now is not the time to make a decision about joining private equity companies such as Stanley Martin, Goldman etc without ongoing research and proper consultation on these companies along with a direct face to face interview with those interested. I'm going to continue my journey with TEDCO regarding the AI Cross Platform Technology and go from there.

If she wants to talk gender discrimination and sexism let's talk about how men literally have no say in whether their child can live or die when it comes to abortions... Let's talk about how women can opt out of the responsibility of taking care of a child they don't want but legally force a man to take care of a child he may not want ND even go as far as having him jailed for not taking care of his responsibilites as a parent.. now that's real sexism and real gender discrimination

I don't like justice Sotomayor Because she only cares about Puerto Rican people how partisan Is that ,but I never heard anyone That know verbally throw mud on her. She was voted in And it was Accepted.
@jeantaua90535 жыл бұрын
You need to really get over that idea. She cares about everyone. Where were you when she was speaking? Did you see her hugging those little girls? Which ones were what? They were as it should be, all different ethnic back grounds and who cares if she cares about the Puerto Ricans? Do you? The Lord says Love one another. and not once did he say, Love one another except_____(fill in the blank with your personal bias). NO he said Love one another and do good to each other and don't gossip.

One of the most partisan members of the court we've seen in recent memory. It's tough to find a single controversial case in which Justice Sotomayor ruled against one of her own political beliefs. In my opinion, she is not interested in following the text of the constitution. Instead she enforces what she believe the constitution ought to mean.

She graduated top of the class at princeton. Went on to yale law school. She did that coming from an immigrant family, her father died at 9 and mother worked six days a week as a nurse. I think she deserved that fucken spot more than the typical princeton student who grew up in a wealthy family that GAVE them every opportunity to be successful while Sonya EARNED every opportunity to be better
