Hi Julie, just a suggestion why don't you make your meals homemade so much cheaper and any leftovers you can freeze or store in your fridge for a few days. On the plus side to you won't be eating all those additives and chemicals that are put in processed foods I know sometimes it's alot of effort to cook from scratch but in the long run it's so worth it, tastes so much better.

Love watching your food shops and meal plans, gives me so many good ideas! ☺️ I’m not sure if you know but children only need to drink whole milk until around the age of 4, after that they should switch to semi or skimmed due to the high fat content, particularly as I know you’ve mentioned Atticus drinks a lot of milk x

I’m shocked at hm you spent, just for a few days shopping. I spend nowhere near that and feed two of us for the whole week. I shop once a week, can’t afford to do it more often, and buy ingredients to make meals from scratch and often have left over for the freezer so will feed us again the following week. Try it! You will save so much money making meals from scratch. Perfect video opportunities, come cook with me!

Julie, you would save so much money making your own mash and toad in the hole is so easy. Also do you have a slow cooker? I make curry in the slow cooker, its amazing and no baddies added, I didn't realize just how much processed food was making me feel sluggish and when you read the ingredients on processed food, its pretty shocking! Have a nice half term xxx
