There is an important distinction to make regarding the initial rant from Kaia Ra is that sidereal is not about using another system. I agree everyone should find what works for them. However, Sidereal is about the calculations of the true sky (which she emphasised as being vital) that have been shifted so we can not fully ground in our natal chart. It is western astrology using the calculations of the planets as they are in the night sky today not 2000 years ago. The main shift is that the sun retrogrades every 70 odd years which shifts everything in the calculations. So over time, that makes it quite different but not so different that all the aspects change. Meaning the planetary relationships remain the same but the signs and houses shift. This is why western astrology can feel very accurate but has been skewed so we can’t fully ground in our blueprint. It’s not about using a different system, it’s about which reality you want to ground into. Some are ready to leave the matrix and other not. I encourage everyone who is interested in western astrology to look into sidereal calculations (issuing the true sky calculations).

I was all about western astrology until I've learned recently about the difference woth vedic astrology. I feel i have been living a lie following the western studies. I was under the impression i was following the placement of the comsos in the sky then vedic astrology opened my eyes to the true placement of the stars and planets. I’m a little confused-have someone has some insight. If we came here with a map of our mission based on the placements of the planets - then following western, or Vedic gives you often completely planets and placements. I totally get doing what makes you feel good - but with the point being that the map of the sky when we were born being so significant - but then saying you can follow different maps with different planets based on what makes you happy -- isn’t that a bit contradictory? I thought it would be good for you to know know since you have been talking a lot about Western but clearly in this video you made a good point. I agree everyone gets to choose what they identify with in terms of their astrology and their True Divine SoulsBllueprint in accordance with their natal charts in alignment with whatever pathway people are choosing to identify with All is the perfect one for them. When I first learned about the true to the Stars true sidreal astrology It completely changed my sign from Scorpio with a cancer Rising Gemini Moon.. And honestly, I was very attached to cancer rising and never really felt connected with Scorpio energy and when my chart was done. Actually looking at where the Stars s and planets were in the sky at my time of birth instead of the Western astrology which doesn't even look at the actual planets as they appear in the visible sky bc It's based on the seasons not the actual visible sky .. anyway, I'm actually a Virgo with a Taurus Moon and a Gemini Rising and my entire chart now just feels so much more true and 100% accurate than the Western, and I've been trying to identify myself around the Western thinking that was who I was but never really feeling 100% aligned except in certain aspects.
