I have the Gladiator 2 in same steel. I accidently cut thru a power cord for a rolling a/c and didn't even know it. Blade was undamaged. Your gonna have to cut paper clips!

It seems the contestants on a certain blade making show were always terrified when a test involved bones. Although most were impact test, I wonder if a carving bone test would take it a step farther than carving wood. You go first!

I’m glad to see it’s paired with a thumb stud/front flipper deployment. Especially since I usually fillet my thumbs or fingers with the front flipper act. Yes, I sick at the front flipper stuff. The knife is super sweet and the price seems to be doable!

I'd have to say that a standard cardboard cutting test or rope cutting test.. sharpening perhaps? IMO how a knife sharpens tells you alot about that steel.

Very cool, torture testing a knife of quality. Lets see how that S90V holds up cutting. If its real S90V. Cut as much differtent material as you can with and lots of it. Try Batoning with it. Beat it and see if it holds up.
