It’s clearly on pause, why are you guys asking on every video?

The thing about building a golf course in many states, especially with wetlands involved, you have to go through a rigorous environmental impact assessment and have all the necessary permits posted prominently at your construction site HQ. I’m not saying that’s what it is but I don’t recall any such activity being mentioned. I don’t think you can just build a golf course without some kind of administrative oversight involved. I’m not a golf course architect or have any experience with construction management of same but I have been employed at golf courses where construction work was in progress and you definitely need your ducks in a row even before you break ground. Personally I’d like to see Steve’s project happen and a detailed update would be helpful.

@@ryanu3708 You’re definitely right, I oversee construction on oil/natural gas pipelines and there is a lot of hoops to jump through with large construction projects. Army Corpse of Engineers for wetland delineation as well as conforming to DEP and EPA regulations. Some permits could take as long as 12 months depending on the state.

Probably just going through a tough time. These guys pumped out videos like every day and are probably more than a little burnt out. Garret lives for these videos, you can’t expect that out of all of them all of the time. I just wish they’d start making videos for fun again, scrambles together, mini golf, wheel of not ideal, having fun as friends again instead of competing nonstop. I mean that’s why I started watching them years ago. The constant competitions is tough and draining, especially against your friends.
