We are in a habit of paving all the natural surface, and yet we are unable to make the pavement clean and pop. You have mud all over the place. If our target customers are people who have lived overseas, then we have to do better. You can't construct such beautiful real estate and forget about the details and final touches that would make it pop.

Good work on the video (very smooth movements. I see a huge improvement in your videography on this, so I’m happy for you 😊) The finishing (especially indoor) is really nice and sleek. For some of us who haven’t been home (UG) in a long time, it’s nice to see how far the quality of work has reached now. You know things are going to look good and (do I dare say non-Ugandan) when you don’t see burglar-proof in doors and windows😁 I’m not so crazy about the kitchen cabinets (it looks like imported MDF/particle board). Local hardwood cabinets finished in the same manner would have been much better. The only question I have is, who is behind (own) this?

It's amazing that this project is is not in kampala❤.I used to be a pension saver with NSSF while I was still working with a private firm, I joined Public service and was given all my savings from NSSF. Now I left for southern Africa. We diaspora community tend to down play such developments coz we are comparing to what we are seeing in the developed world and yet many of us cannot even afford to buy one. We have to admit there are many ugandans if not in millions who are doing well than the people in the diaspora. Thank u for that content. I hear they have another bigger project in te😂mangalo than this one.

This is great. Looks like Jacaranda estate in Nairobi Kenya. The Nyayo estate by NSSF Kenya may have been the inspiration to this magnificent modern living. How much is it?

The area and the houses look beautiful. I do not see any cars or people around. It appears that no one is living over there . In low-income countries such as Uganda,one should think a lot before deciding to buy a house in such residential compounds.

The only issue is that they are very expensive for the locals but it would be wise to mortgage them to the diaspora. This will bring in the needed revenues.

Who is going to live in these? Since Ugandans love to build their own houses?!! I used to work in a non- govermental organisation in Uganda, but from cleaner, to driver, to everyone in that organisation was building their own house and the only difference was the scale of the house depending on salary. Their aim ' not to pay rent.' So, you wonder who NSSF is targeting?

Regarding the Price, how much does each cost, why are there no residents Lawrence, u left out the most important information brother, This is what i hate about the Ugandan "business" culture, u show me a product but no price, what is the point ? you have to do better than this next time Lawrence, otherwise it makes the whole work u put in as mediocrity and i know u work hard, Next time don't involve yourself with nssf like minds if they are not willing to disclose the the cost of these properties they're show casing, the fact that they're not willing to be transparent with cost tells u that something is not adding up because if all was good then they would be upfront with the cost of each unit and the running cost, Lawrence don't involve yourself with those people, they will sink you.
