People laugh at depression.. But they will never understand the pain people go through, they wake up from crying last night. They go to school having no one to be there for them. They sit in their room with the door locked and them listening to music, there parents yelling at each other. Never laugh at someone for how they look or act because you don't know what they are going through.

Me everyday.. one reason I love your channel is because it brings to light how myself and so many other people also feel, and it really shows to us that other people also feel the same way and we aren’t alone and that some people understand us. It sucks that there are people who feel this way, if I could take it from everybody and deal with it myself I would in a heart beat. And for some of us (myself included) we can not talk to anybody about it because they think we are dramatic, attention seeking, making things up, and just don’t understand or believe us. And they may say things like “Its because you do this to much” or “You do that to much” or something like “You just need to get out more” or “You need to just be more happy” or something like that. Like me personally I struggle with anxiety and possibly ADHD and also have some symptoms of depression (my mom also has depression and was diagnosed with it when she was around my age). But I have nobody to talk to because my dad doesn’t believe in those things, so I can not talk to a doctor about it to get help. So when I have an anxiety attack he tells me it’s all in my head and I need to stop being a baby about what ever I’m having an attack about. He also doesn’t understand me when I try to tell him that I can’t really distinguish my emotions from one another and that it’s is almost like a big tangle of emotions. My point being that your videos kind of help me, and I hope that they help others, because again, it brings light to others who don’t suffer from these thoughts, emotions, problems, what ever it may be, what we experience and how we feel. Thank you for making your content, and I hope that great things happen to you and your loved ones and friends. Sorry for ranting.

i just started bawling because i have a very self centered family that are so obsessed with trying to look perfect on the outside when on the inside its a house of verbal abuse. i have to do all the responsibilities and it's developed me to forget to eat and even fall asleep when i even sit. nobody has ever been there for me, not even my own family. so this video had me in tears.

I’ve almost ended my life multiple times but one time I was really dead set on doing it I was about to jump out my window when my sister who had gotten home for fall break walked in she yelled my name I looked at her crying and she started crying she told me to close the window so I did then she talked with me she said: " I have depression too so I know what your doing through pls if you can stay alive for you pls do it for me” she went back to college a few days ago and the only reason I’m still here and still standing strong is because of her 🥺😢
