A simple but delicious zucchini soup. You won't believe the main ingredient is zucchini! Not only is it wonderfully delicious, it is also particularly gentle on the stomach, so it is ideal if your stomach pinches again. And best of all, my kids love them! It's so nice to see them emptying their plates. Using the simplest, freshest ingredients, we conjure up a soothing dinner. Join us and be inspired by my favorite recipe!

Ingredients:
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
30 g (1 oz) butter or vegan alternative
2 zucchini
1 sweet potato
1 chili pepper
1 L (4 cups) vegetable broth 👉 • Selbstgemachte Gemüseb...
200 ml (¾ cup) 30% cream or vegan alternative
Salt
black pepper
Some parsley

Wir sind gerade fertig mit dem Mittagessen. Es gab die sehr gut schmeckende Zucchinisuppe. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass sie so hervorragend schmeckt. Ich habe sie noch verfeinert mit selbstgemachten Croutons.
