There is a difference between a ruler and leader. A Leader cares and Ruler needs power to impose Authority.

How much will it cost? Will that not be the too much for the nation? A good leader should be able to make the needed sacrifices. The British PM once took a commercial flight. Tinubu can afford to pay from his pocket. He said he wanted this position badly, so now is his chance to sacrifice for us.
