Honestly with all the material hickups it still turned out fantastic and glad the clients are happy. I wish people in America where as chill. Especially at the end with breaking the pool and laying downstairs lol

i worked here as a plumber several times and remember when your guys were working here. i was running a gas pipe for the fireplace at that time and didnt get the chance to see it complete. you guys did a crazy job

Fantastic video. Some very good choices were made in the design of this beautiful space. I have watched the shows on this basement from the beginning and I seriously doubted it would ever become a usable space (but I didn't know the many talents of Daniel back then). Having seen Yianni's house build, I will never underestimate Daniel again. There's one niggle I have and that is the brightness of the carpet. I suspect at a later date, the client may do his best to get the dark one he initially wanted. Thanks to the owner for allowing this to be filmed. It's very much appreciated.
