We were slightly nervous after we said we'd make lunch for @HollyTheCafeBoat. If you've seen their channel, you'll know how beautiful Jo's cakes look! The pressure was on and after a little hunt around our local woods, we decided a few foraged ingredients were exactly what was needed!
It was so much fun spending the day and exploring the Peak Forest Canal with Vic, Jo and William. The weather was up to its usually fun and games but luckily Jo's showstopper of a genoise sponge provided the perfect afters to a lovely day.
