I think times when people may struggling are really the most insightful... I get that it's just how you have to go about your day, but seeing the different ways you handle things brings it all down to earth. The gloves, chewing on the necklace, your mum holding your hand while you used the beaters, putting on a mask, it's all just a normal part of how you get through these moments, but it's a real insight for me, so thank you for sharing.

It's been a rough patch of life for me lately, because I've been struggling with tics. These tics just came, and I'm so glad I found your channel because it's helping me out so much. Hi Evie, I discovered your channel a couple of days ago, and I would just like you to know that you are an incredibly strong and brave person. I know that having a mental disorder can be scary to deal with, especially when you have outward signs that have the capability of letting others know you have it. Thank you for showing us all who you are, and for being courageous and powerful. I myself was diagnosed years ago with a rare mental disorder called depersonalization-derealization disorder, which is categorized as a dissociative disorder. I also have generalized anxiety disorder, which my therapists believe was the trigger for the outward symptoms of my depersonalization-derealization (my brain coped with the trauma of anxiety by dissociating from reality). It has taken me some time, but I have come to accept my disorder, and I have learned to live with it despite its many challenges. I am glad to see you are doing the same. I'm rooting for you, and it makes me proud to see what true bravery looks like. Many thanks from the U.S. (California).
