Indian audiences are too child to understand this movie. That's why it did not run well in box office. It is a masterpiece. The actings of Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor were brilliant. In the directorial role, Sanjay Lela Bansali doesn't require any explanation. The places of shooting and its music tracks were just genius. Songs like Thode Badmash, Jaane jaan is dil me tum, every song is extraordinarily beautiful and calming. The most of the people didn't like it because it's climax scene didn't meet their expectations. It is too foolishness to judge any film only because of that silly reason. The unsuccessful or incomplete love stories are more heart touching than the stereotype love stories.

Sanjay always chooses heroines with the similar sharp features and innocent looks: Sonam, Deepika and Aishwarya. All three are so beautiful and similar looking. The latter two have bigger eyes but all in all they share similar features.
