The CG nylon sounds amazing. And no external amp to plug into.

I played one of those (older model) it’s incredible. Black magic pretty much and sounds great.

I have the LS-TA. Best guitar I’ve ever owned! So inspiring, and great quality regardless, all solid woods, etc. Would love to try the nylon strung, it sounded awesome! Having said that I’m not a nylon player and the wide neck always throws me off.

The Yamaha CG-TA cost 829$ CAD on Amazon so it is not cheap guitar folks.Wait when price go down those effects are great but it is not very important. Yamaha should reduce this price i think it is overpriced just saying.

THE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS GUITAR IS YOU CAN GET A GOOD SOUND IN A SMALL ROOM . THE BAD POINTS ARE THERE IS NO CUTAWAY SO PLAYING AROUND THE 12 FRET IS A WASTE OF TIME AND THE ACTION WHEN YOU BUY ONE IS MILES TOO HIGH AND IT EATS BATTERIES AND YOU CANNOT TELL WITHOUTLOOKING AT THE SOUND HOLE IF ITS ON OR OFF YES YOU CAN TELL THE SOUND ALSO WHEN THE BATTERIES START TO GO THE SOUND WILL BE ON THEN JUST CUT OUT THERE IS NO BATTERY LIFE INDICATOR SO WHY DONT THEY TELL YOU THAT BEFORE YOU BUY THE FUCKING THING SO I WOULD JUST BUY A BETTER GUITAR AND USE IT WITH AN AMP WITH CHORUS AND REVERB IN THE AMP LIKE WITH A ROLAND CUBE SO YOU HAVE IT AND IT WILL BE BETTER ALL ROUND

i played a few of these ...very avg. like a toy...I actually preferred it without the tiny platic sounding effects ..I love yamaha guitars but this is a gimmick...great for kids and beginners...
