I just gathered my strength to listen to this masterpiece again after almost two years 🙁 I admire this song although it is means a massive pain, as the moment I discovered it, I shared it with my lovely dad and he looks at me like he is in heavenly peace, his look was wow and three months after that he passed away. I was thinking in his peaceful look after his death so I would suppose that he might see the angels already leading his way to the heaven as he listened to it, Rest in Peace my heart's son (dad).💔

I've seen a lot of posts like this, and wanted to give the perspective of someone who actually doesn't like this music. This is a track I wrote in the "Epic Music" style, soundcloud.com/aidabaida/century, and while I don't have the synthesizers to make this sound professional, the melody and progressions, I think, are pretty similar to stuff Bergensen wrote. And here's the thing, it took me maybe an hour to write that song. Bergensen's music is unbelievably simplistic, using four standard chords, and basic orchestrations. Anyone with a background in composition could write the stuff he composes in a few minutes. Its painfully generic to someone who has listened to a lot of film music.

But I just want to make it clear: THEY ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME + Empire of Angels is realms better than piano lines 🖕

Its probably best that music like this is not the most popular or famous. I am selfish, and I want you and I to take comfort and know we enjoy this music all to ourselves.

Overral, my life is uninteresting and shitty. I watch anime, study stuff to make it in high school, get bored during lessons, I have only few friends and I have no girlfriend. This kind of music is the thing that makes me keep on and fight in hope of a better future. I want to achieve victory in my life. I don't want to regret anything.. I want my life to be useful to society in one way or another. I hope I will success but as long as I hear this kind of motivational music I'll keep it on.

To me, the musics of Two Steps From Hell always sound like classic musics which for the next era of human race. With these musics playing, I can easily imagine the sci-fi view of the future world: nuclear fusion, quantum computer, artificial Intelligence, skyscrapers and undersea buildings with environmental protection, personal flying and amphibious vehicles, even the space travelling and colonization...This view is still a dream to us now, but we can definitely achieve it with our creativity and hard-working. I'm from China, another side of the world, but I believe that we all can have our own dream, hold our own hope, then fight for it and make it come true. For the future of entire human race.

abcuvwdefxyz Whatever our nationality is, we are all humans. And we should all works to create a better world, for ourselves and our future generations. You believe the exact same thing as I do, and I'm sure a lot of people's does as well. Perhaps our world will one day become truly united, and perhaps one day we will start the conquest of the solar system by colonizing Mars. Perhaps one day, our succesors, the future generations, will look back in the past to see their ancesters, who, in the beginning of the 21st century, began the ascension of the human kind into a brighter future. If my life has a purpose, it is this one, it is to works alongside those who believes the same way as I do to create a shining future.

Don't mistake a simple life for a useless one. You may lead an average life with lessons in high school and a moderate social life, but that doesn't mean your life doesn't have impact. Every single interaction you have with reality, with each person you meet everyday, will effect some parts of this world even if you never get to see the result. A simple smile or kind gesture such as holding the door open for someone could potentially make their day a little better and encourage them to do something important. Though the universe doesn't care about any of us, we are all insignificant, you are still part of a grand network of events and you have impact.

There will always be a force pulling you away from your own will....Some days, that force is strong, some days, that force is unnoticeable. There is darkness everywhere.....but there will always be a light. You just have to find it and keep your eyes on it so you won't lose your way. Keep your head high and continue to push forward.... God please bless those who are going through a hard time.
