I was influenced by the rain outside right now, but the moment the voices came in I saw kids splashing together in giant puddles. Kids running carefree around the field, maybe chasing a butterfly. One of the kids will eventually find The Stick and rally the others to take down the [insert large enemy here]. “Truly wonderful the kind of a child is”

I can't even explain it but somehow this feels like being forgiven. It feels like finding God while you are at your worst. And the firestorm washes all the negativity off your skin, and you start to cry and cry and cry, and when there are no more tears, there is no more anxiety and hate too.

I'm sure that Thomas's music will be remembered with a grand respect centuries ahead from now as to follow the course of the old masters of music. I'm very delighted that I'm living in an era that marks the existence of such a giant musician.

What we know of Humanity Chapter IV so far : - the album is done and ready, but it won't release any time soon, although Thomas might still release it within a shorter interval - it is the turning point of the series, it's a whole 180 from Chapter III - it is dramatic, energetic, powerful and rousing - it is very different from any of Thomas's music, solo albums or TSFH albums - it is about "our planet, the universe and our struggle to exist and to find a purpose in the vastness of it all" - it has So Small and One Million Voices (probably reworked) - it has a collection of tracks about the elements (Made of Air, Made of Water, Made of Earth, Made of Fire) - about the track "Made of Fire", Thomas says "you've never ever heard any music like this ever"...

Everytime I listen to this masterpiece, a scene appeared which both of us are walking in a desert with cold wind at night, dark black sky full of stars... and we found a tribe... we enjoyed dancing with their native songs especially childrens with their innocent laughter... and enjoy the dinner they prepared beside the warm fireplace, both of us were tired and lay on the desert beside fireplace, holding hands and gazing at the night sky full of stars, filled with peace and pure love, which is Innocence in our very existential nature. I missed her....❤

I was listening to this while working, but when the kids started singing at 1:15 I stopped everything I was doing and started the song again in order to listen to this whole song properly. Wooo... My heart. Music has a way of healing certain parts of our hearts and minds. Inspiring hope somehow. Letting more Light in when the world seems darker. I am grateful I stumbled upon this today.

We're almost a year in and Humanity is still my favorite Thomas Bergersen album. Considering I listen to TSFH to the point where I'm listening to this a couple hours after it was uploaded, safe to say choosing my favorite is very very difficult, it's between this and Sun for me.

My favorite of the Humanity Album till now. Its so playful, so Innocene. I love the Topic, and I love the way it got transferd into Music. Again a lot of really nice musical Elements that Thomas uses here that directly make me feelm something. The Pluck Arppedgio, isnt that new, but in this context something I have never heard. And the Choir, damn just so lovely. The first time I heard it was the evening after the release. I sat with my Mother in the Car driving throu a beautyful Landscape, talking about Life. When this one came I turned the Car Speakers nearly completly up. In the Moment of the Climax, I was just facinated by the Beauty of the whole Moment, the Beauty of Life. There are not many Pieces and even less Composers that can achieve this in me.
