I've been thinking about doing a Thomas Cromwell video for some time. The original idea was to make a video for "In the end", but that song will hopefully sometime be used for another character.
Thomas Cromwell is a man who stands his grund. He migh be unhappy about certain things he does, but he has to ignore his comscience, because otherwise someone else will take his place. Other things he has to do would have been done anyway, so if he doesn't do them, someone else will do those things and take his place.
I think the song is quite agressive, but also at times very lyrical and soft, and I tried to reflect the brighter side of Cromwell, as well.
