As much as I dont care for the new thomas merchandise ,I may pick this up

I kind of wish Thomas had an alternative expression, like perhaps his smirk face from the Streamline Thomas, to make it a bit more special. But on the other hand putting a standard Thomas and this makes it the perfect starter character pack for people wanting to be introduced to the toy line. I think the Annie and Clarabelle are beautifully made, and I’d say that they’re almost if not as good as the original Tomy ones. Yes the new motorized Amy and Clarabelle have the weird spiky wheels and molded in couplings, but they also have a 3-D face which is something I always felt the rolling stock left in Tomy. Overall I’d get this three pack a 8.5/10 if Thomas had a different face I would probably rank it a 9/10, but even with that I still think this is the perfect birthday gift for any young engineer.

If a painted wood version of this 3 pack exists like this and the previous versions of the 3 pack do, I’d totally buy it with the Diapet Thomas & Friends characters, Diapet Gordon, Annie and Clarabel have just been released and Diapet Thomas, Annie, and Clarabel will be all be my first Diapet characters with this Motorized 3-pack, also, I’m going to be finding a Trackmaster Revolutions Gordon with 2 5 packs of Express carriages for that Gordon and my Trackmaster Classic James for the Express service on the Trackmaster North Western Railway and a lot of rolling stock for the shunting yard outside the station and also get Tidmouth Sheds for all of my engines to sleep in so Gordon won’t have to keep taking naps in a siding out of the way, the rolling stock for the shunting yard outside the station will be: •The Troublesome Trucks (for Edward) •Freight cars (also for Edward, but for James too) •Extra carriages or coaches •Mail Cars (for Percy for after he helps another engine) •Cars for The Flying Kipper (for Henry at night) •Annie And Clarabel (for Thomas when he has to go out on his branch line) •Express coaches (for Gordon when he has to pull the Express out on the Mainline And •The Breakdown Train (Judy and Jerome as seen in The Adventure Begins) And the station will be: •Knapford Station (for all of the engines I’ll even include the works for the steam engines to get repaired since I have so many steam engines in my collection And it will be: •The Sodor Steam Works Since I have almost absolutely no diesels in my collection so I’ll just include: •The Vicarstown Diesel Works Since I don’t have the Diesel Works or the Steam Works in my collection at all, I’ll just include them anyway since I’m using as much Trackmaster track as I can use in my set/layout since I did a change of plans for my series, plus, to make things even better, I’m using my 2009 Wooden Railway Victor and Kevin in my series but they will be placeholders until I get the Adventures versions of Victor and Kevin to make the series as accurate as possible to the sizes of the characters as I also don’t have a Trackmaster Hiro or 3 Trackmaster Hiro’s, leaving one as it is and turning the other two into customs of Lost and Found Hiro and Patchwork Hiro but with an extra Spencer, I’ll turn it into a custom of Mallard and get another Flying Scotsman to get the steam decals removed in place for the steam decal less look on both the engine and it’s tenders once removed since Flying Scotsman is Gordon’s brother on the Mainland to make the series look exactly like the original series adaptation from the Railway Series book series to the Television Series adaptation known as today, and over on my Gaming channel, I’ll be uploading gameplay videos and glitches found in the games

I wonder if you can transplant the motorized A+C shell onto the old tomy/trackmaster A+C chassis. You could cut a section out of the old chassis to accommodate the shorter length. Or better yet, just transplant the old wheels on lol

These Annie & Clarabel coaches look way better than the ones from Reds vs Blues, this is what a passenger coach should look like Mattel, c’mon now.

GWR Oliver+ About last time, i wanted to forgive your nitpicks and James A Williams ranting. Steam Team to the Rescue is just mediocre, but it's possibly due to the misleading title and ascending use of the core cast, which is fine despite barely doing anything but work while the diesels are out of commission. What's so annoying is the fact that The Fat Controller says they don't have enough engines (Oliver in S24, Ryan, Bill, Ben, Philip, Mavis, Donald, Douglas, Timothy, Harvey, Duck, Whiff, Scruff, Charlie etc) Topham, you've got is over 57 engines, and you think that's not enough!? As for the Motorized Multi Pack, I'm very impressed how Annie and Clarabel are scaled with the correct length and having more detail which was lacking on their Trackmaster Revolution versions (because they were too small and barely have any detail other than stickers and are just boxvans) Thomas looks the same tbh, apart from painted eyes. That face needs to be fixed. If Wood can give us a Thomas like face, then more expression variantion is required.

It was already small since In the RWS they were Midland Railway suburban coaches but were changed to smaller LB&SCR Stroudley coaches in the TVS & having an already small coach be smaller in its model just Grinds me Gears, these ones look much more realistic and better quality for what your paying for, now all we need is Toad All the Obnoxious Confetti on the Trackmaster Push Along & those Fat-Ass wheels make her feel like they should be Stanley’s American Coaches, the face is uncomfortably small on the Push Along since they didn’t paint the black windows on her face and What’s even the point of them if you can’t even have them scaled properly

What I like the most about the new Motorized Annie and Clarabel has to be the fact that there are seats for the passengers and the fact that the faces are molded onto the carriages instead of just placing the stickers of their faces like on the previous versions of Annie and Clarabel the molded faces look better than just stickers because the tops having the faces molded onto the top pieces like the engines, if Henrietta gets the molded face treatment with the Troublesome Trucks, I would definitely get the other pieces of rolling stock, also I feel like the items advertised on the packaging and the items inside the packaging just won’t match because the items inside the packaging don’t have painted buffers, but the items advertised on the packaging does have the painted buffers is the only thing I hate about the line, if the items advertised on the packaging have painted buffers, then WHY CANT YOU JUST PAINT THE BUFFERS ON THE ITEM Mattel!?!?!?
