Old town road is not a country song I’m sorry but it’s a rap song with a country artist singing about some horses on a road but besides the country artist singing it’s not country it’s just a rap song.

Old Town Road... If you listen to most country now-a-days they have that clap/snap track that makes it poppy sounding.. So I mean if you ask me new country with those beats aren't really "core/real" country, so I would classify Old Town Road in that category. But just my opinion is all. It seems like that's where he is hung up because it mixes two genres but modern country did the same thing...
