I will be talking about the opening of the Thomson East Coast MRT line and its impact on the property market. Here, do not underestimate the impact of the MRT stations on property prices. You will be in for a surprised how much it has appreciated since the announcement was made. Can it continue to appreciate even after the trains have been operating? What about resale properties around the corner, what about the aging HDB flats in Marine Parade to upcoming boutique projects? Are they worthwhile to consider? With that. I will be covering the 7 stations along this line and studying the impact on property prices.

The Thomson line is so inconvenient, as no interchange services from Gardens by the Bay.

Thomson line is inconvenient, no interchange from gardens by the bay to bayshore. They need to go Marina Bay Station for interchange to other mrt lines.

Unless your freehold location is really sucks, long term the capital appreciation is much higher than leasehold

If u buy for school, buy for convenience, buy for space just go ahead. Just remember what u are buying will do n be prepared for your action.
