I got this issue! It was from the 90's run on Thor. It's just the art style looks like it's from the 70's. This was actually a rematch between Thor and Juggernaut. When they fought the first time, Thor was ill and not 100% (Thanks to Loki). It took The New Warriors to try and stop Juggs. I think Thor banished Juggernaut to that alien planet. However fans was not happy about that first fight so Marvel gave us a proper rematch!

Obviously this would work just as well after Thor no longer became Donald Blake after sixty seconds without Mjolnir. Meaning Thor could beat Juggy down easily, every single time. Therefore, they later forgot Thor could do this, so their fights would remain interesting. Actually that's why they did the sixty second thing. That's also why Submariner loses strength the longer he's not wet, and Aquaman used to die after an hour out of the water. Also why Kryptonite was invented.
