I really love the direction they took Hulk in, it really shows his child-like behaviour. People keep forgetting that Hulk wasn't born with smashing everything in mind, he's still a child in mind born from Banner. Regarding the power scaling of Hulk, in the Infinity War Comics, Thanos was scared to fight Hulk because he was too strong while in the movie, Thanos just toyed with him. The reason for this is that he developed to be more mature and growing a sense of humanity. I do believe that Kevin Feige is building Hulk to become either Planet, Immortal or Planet breaker Hulk, possibly losing that humanity he built up. Added note: Smart Hulk isn't permanent, Banner is gonna go back to being Banner and Hulk is gonna go back to being Hulk and lose that sense of humanity.

@@solblackguy yes universal and marvel agreement is coming to an end soon. Marvel may take all the rights for Hulk. The only reason Hulk didnt get his own movie or show was because of this agreement. Marvel couldn't benefit so they never made Hulk the protagonist. Spoiler: But in she-hulk he went to sakaar again which may lead to World War hulk story.

THIS is how you flip a scene in a good way. The trailers painted Hulk leaping at a lava monster as an epic feat of world shattering proportion... In the movie it turns out Hulk is doing the opposite of what they're needing of him and making a moron of himself. Lol

We've all seen what the Hulk can do, hell Thor literally says that Asgard needs to be destroyed "otherwise..." he literally stops mid sentence to stop Hulk from tryina kill "big monster" for once that's just not the goal. Hell Thor even implies Hulk CAN do it.

Sorry Guido, but if you want all "seriousness" and "darkness" you're much better off looking for series, shows and movies suited for your tastes on HBO Max, Amazon, or hell, Netflix might even have some options at that. Marvel, if you haven't noticed, THRIVED on quirkiness. If you have a problem with one Marvel movie with that, I'm surprised you don't have an issue with the other movies that came out in the past 11 years.

@@mr.incognito2687 I have no problem with quirkiness. I have a problem with Marvel Disney turning Thor the mightiest Avenger into a laughing stock. In the comic book version of ragnorok Thor goes on a journey to try and save his people but soon realises that the only way to end the cycle of death and rebirth is to allow Ragnorok, the end of days to occur and let his people die in battle. It is a heavy burden but Thor hardens his heart and destroys the life tree the source of all thr reincarnation for his people. Now when they die they die for good (at least at the time). It was a serious moment and treated with dignity. The film version treats ragnorok like a bloody joke. No gravitas, no nuanced, no moment of the asgardians reflecting on their destroyed home. As soon as Asgard is destroyed the rock alien makes a poor joke at their expense. The comic version is a series dramatic tale of honour and sacrifice. The film version is a rubbish generic superhero slugfest with no depth. It was made for people who do not read the comics or anything for that matter. And for your fucking information DC has produced its fair share of quirky stories. How about doing some research into their shows and films before you fucking presume what I fucking like.

Neil Hood Not bad writing, but they have to save some budget. They used a lot for making Thanos facial expressions and scenes. That and hulk would’ve been too much.

He isn't scared of Thanos. If you watch the deleted scenes in Infinity War then you will see that Hulk wants to be used for more than just fighting. Hulk represents a side of Bruce Banner that Bruce had always attempted to control and bury but Hulk wants to live too. In the deleted scenes they both make peace with each other and became Professor Hulk (the one you see in Endgame). But the test audience for Infinity War was confused when Hulk was successful and then everyone was masacred by Thanos, it kinda didn't fit, so they cut it out.

Honestly. the best Thor movie in my opinion. I watched this when it first came out, and nothing can top it. Comedic af, and literally the story, and soundtrack was top tier. Ion wanna expose to much, but this movie is worth it. Mad respect to this legend as well: "Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Korg. I'm kind of like the leader in here. Realmente me encanta la dirección en la que llevaron a Hulk, realmente muestra su comportamiento infantil. La gente sigue olvidando que Hulk no nació con la idea de destrozar todo, sigue siendo un niño en mente nacido de Banner. Con respecto a la escala de poder de Hulk, en Infinity War Comics, Thanos tenía miedo de pelear con Hulk porque era demasiado fuerte mientras que en la película, Thanos simplemente jugaba con él. La razón de esto es que se desarrolló para ser más maduro y desarrollar un sentido de humanidad. Creo que Kevin Feige está construyendo a Hulk para que se convierta en Planet, Immortal o Planet breaker Hulk, posiblemente perdiendo esa humanidad que construyó.
