Thornton Township Special Meeting 7/1/24

Despite opposing Supervisor Henyard at an earlier meeting, during this July 1, 2024, special meeting of the Thornton Township Board, Trustee Jerry Jones changed his position. He sided with Trustee Gray-Everett and Supervisor Henyard, and their three votes overruled Trustees Gonzalez and Carlisle. The General Fund bills were approved. The bill approval section of the meeting begins at 05:12 in this video.

0:45 - After 10 minutes of waiting, members of the public ask for a call to order
2:18 - Supervisor Tiffany Henyard arrives and then steps outside
4:23 - The meeting is called to order
5:12 - Discussing and approving the bills

She says the exact same thing over and over verbatim at every board meeting Dalton and Thornton, it's like she memorized a script. It's painful just listening to her talk for more than 2 minutes.

Will we ever find out what spending the trustees authorized? It looks like Tiffany got trustees Gray-Everett and Jones to call this meeting to approve some bills that were rejected at the last meeting, and then some more she added to their packets.

I’ve seen narcissists like this. What she is all about is a good time, spending the money and taking NO responsibility for her actions. Funny how the always talking about things she is doing and fake news. But when it comes to finances, her finance person is never there to answer direct questions. Planned I’m sure. Each meeting is the same. So if they are having hell in Dolton and also in the Township and she’s the common the dominator along with Kieth freedman.
