I really wish they bring Asylum back along with the new creek freak massacre for 2020. Asylums the best maze to ever be at the park by far imo

They don't attack you at all, but occasionally they might touch you and get right up to your face. The Asylum and Saw Alive tends to involve actors jumping out at you, whereas Cabin in the Woods and My Bloody Valentine involve the actors touching you, shouting in your face and really interacting with guests. Makes it a lot more fun when they're like this! If you want to get an idea as to what it sounds like inside these mazes, check out the recordings I made of all 4 mazes on my channel! :)

Hi Kate. No need to worry, I answer questions like this all the time! The mazes were all very good this year. Out of all 4, you have to do Cabin in the Woods and The Asylum, they're the best mazes! Asylum is loads of smoke, sirens, wired fences and chainsaw guys jumping out at you, whereas Cabin In the Woods is a maze with different routes, all of which are different! The best maze by far was Cabin in the Woods. The fact you are split up from the very 1st room (just like the film) is what makes it very good. The Asylum is another favourite of mine. It's 8 years old, but is still the craziest maze Thorpe have to offer. My Bloody Valentine was good, but the scares weren't as big as the others. And lastly Saw Alive, it's the same as it's ever been. Not that scary frankly and is more about the detail than scares inside. Give them all a go though!

Never been to one of these before but am going later this month! Am absolutely so scared right now :( In the mazes do the actors like touch you/attack you?! Or do they just jump out at you?

Hi, sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you could tell me the spoilers and kind of rate the Thorpe Park mazes. I am really anxious but also cannot wait. I hope you reply, thank you so much.

I thought getting split up and exploring the maze by yourself is more fun and scary! I didn't do the Balir Witch Project primarily because the queue was massive at 7PM and from what I've read, isn't that scary as it's just a walk behind The Asylum and Nemesis Inferno in the dark with actors jumping out at you. Similar to Dead End Zone which Thorpe did in 2010's Fright Nights which failed so badly.

Frankly, I think the people complaining about The Asylum need to realise it isn't supposed to imitate a REAL asylum and honestly need to realise it's for a Halloween event. You don't see others complaining about Saw Alive being themed around gore and horror for entertainment, or My Bloody Valentine offending miners or even The Smiler representing us as a "nation of worries" (as the teaser videos for the ride described us as). If it shuts, Fright Nights will never be the same again......
