Well Elfie seems to love the bush walks a lot he looks so happy frolicking everywhere its fantastic. I just love seeing all of the babies getting out and about, getting exercise and filling their bellies on the good stuff instead of just grains. It’s awesome to see Elfie and Pickles out and about too and not getting picked on. Y’all are doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work.

Lester I love the foraging adventure videos! I can definitely tell the grain reduction int babies, for example Brady to me doesn't look as wide as he use to! I'm telling you what Longhorn Lester's definitely makes all things better: peaceful for the Ostriches and especially the Longhorns. And a weight loss location for the goats. When you took them out at the sanctuary they were not interested in eating the Gods goodness but here, they are!! I love seeing Ringo and Pickles staying with the group. I also love seeing Huck keep his leadership position even though Ringo is there. It is amazing what that bell did for him. If only people could be given bells so they would walk in who they were ment to be as well.

I DEFINITELY see a huge improvement in old nanny goat’s pep in her step!!! She has a new energy because at ISS all she did was lay around. Love seeing her and all the other babies active in a natural environment where they came forage. It’s also therapeutic to watch

Lester your reference to the Garth Brooks "Unanwered Prayers" was spot on. If God gave us everything we prayed for we not know the meaning of what a true blessing is. LHL'S was the greatest blessing and worth any disappointed it took to get there. All the babies are truly living their best off of God's goodness.

Lester, I'm older than you, so I'm wondering where all of your sitting places will be along that trail, so you can rest for 15-20 minutes in the shady places while they eat in hot weather, and in sunny places when it's cooler. A hammock, rockers, or benches would all be nice to place where the goats can stay longer and eat more natural vegetation. You're young enough to not need resting places so much as I would, but you're a very hard worker, and you have a beautiful place there to just enjoy along the walk.

All the goats look great. They're shedding weight slowly but surely. They're definitely living their best life. ❤ According to Dr. Google, the paw prints are from a deer as it looks like an inverted heart.

The two golden girls walking behind their daddy, all with their bellies full and sticking out a bit still but it was just so neat seeing them behind each other. You know Lester, every single time I see the goat babies out foraging on adventures with you, it makes me think about those crazy goats that climb and sit up high in those trees. There's a fruit they love that grows on them, and they seem to be SUPER HAPPY up there.🐐🥰

Jami had to give Ringo his pain meds as ha was having difficulty walking. His arthritis is a chronic issue as it is for us older folk. Good to be able to help animals, too.❤🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐❤

This is one of my favorite videos. I felt so relaxed and peaceful watching it. A couple things, first of all, I think you're looking healthier too, Lester. Maybe it's just me, it's not like you were heavy before or anything, but you look really healthy too. All the sunshine and exercise you're getting walking the goats and building all the fences. Maybe it's a mental thing, maybe you feel so peaceful that we can see it. I dunno. A suggestion though, why not get one of those little wagons to pull down with ya, carry a lawn chair and a Dr Pepper down with you so you can sit and enjoy the river, but also, just in case one of the goats hurts a leg or something, or in case Ringo needs a ride back up that hill? Just a thought.

I think all the foraging diet is actually helping Ringo with his arthritis, he’s not trying to hurry anywhere, but his determination to not miss out on anything is also helping him to move as well. The daily walks are doing them all so much good. But Ringo sure makes me think about my own lack of determination when it comes to movement. You’re doing so great Lester.

As hard as these walks are for Ringo with his arthritis, the walks are so good for him, with all his extra weight! He got about as wide as Meg was when she was carrying for babies, and that surely was not good for his knees or his legs! 💗

I raised 3 pet goats from 3 months old. We lived on 10 acres. The goats would also only walk on the land if I was with them. I put the neighbors horses on my land because the grass was so tall. They would go walking around with horses. I guess they felt safe with them.

This was a beautiful walk! The walking and the vegetation may be helping Ringo. He just needs to keep moving! I love these goats!

I love going on those walks with you and watching the "Wacky Littles" live their best lives! The goats have found the best weight loss spa….lush, green foliage, hills to walk, fresh air, and shaded pastures. They love having Daddy go through the sessions with them! Yes, many of our life’s disappointments turn into blessings we couldn’t have imagined……LONGHORN Lester’s has been one of those things !

This was a beautiful and peaceful walk with the goats. I love how they wait for you and trust you. I wouldn't trust them to go down to the river by themselves. I would be too afraid of the head butts and one of them falling into the river. They certainly have a lot to forage on. I could watch them forage all day. I love this quote: When you get what you want, that is God's direction. When you don't get what you want, that's God's protection. I 100 % believe in this. God didn't let those other properties happen cause they might of been harmed in same way. Maybe too busy of a street. Maybe the neighbors were horrible to deal with. God put you in the perfect place at exactly the perfect time. Your neighbors are so awesome! These animals are getting so spoiled and so loved by Ms Pat and Dave. They are all at peace.
