Ive been there and the streets are ROUGH AF. Tricks are like 10x harder. Also Ive heard mexican skaters say "i dont do handrails because there is no construction standard like in the US" LMAOOO, this video is a slap in the face to those skaters. Damn, even the uganda skaters are doing great in their little skatepark. Skateboarding is Awesome.

"La esencia de México" jajaja. Tu estás como los pinches directores gringos de holywood que cuando filman sus pelis donde fulanito de tal llega a Tijuana o anda en México pone los filtros sepia jaja. Si bien este México de los cerros superpoblados precarios es una realidad, decir que la "esencia de México" es ver solo cerros urbanizados pobres de la Gustavo A.Madero o Tlalnepantla Edo de Mex. andas muy limitado de criterio.

Si viene banda de otros lados a grabar en spots mexas: nel, puro gringo queriendo apropiarse de la cultura. Una cosa es el criterio y otra tu xenofobia bien arraigada de que ningún extranjero puedo venir a patinar spots locales. Defiendo que captaron la esencia de México. Además tú solo hablas de lo que se dice socialmente. Nada tiene que ver holywood con banda que patina, no mms. Estos weyes no ganan lo que los directivos de holywood y los patinadores vienen a patinar en las calles de México no a promover México ni hacerlo menos. Growing up as a chicano skateborader and traveling to see my grandparents from time to time as kid to my teenage years... ive always wondered what it would be like if locals saw me skateboarding down hills as if whether or not they appreciate it or not.... well im glad everyone seem to have gotten a kick out of this VIVA MEXICO 🇲🇽 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽

I think it's sick watching how they're able to skate (bomb) all these sketchy ass streets, growing up, as a Mexican kid skater, I always thought that it was kind of impossible for professional skaters to come and tour our streets, but I think this video just shows how gnarly and creative all skaters can be in Mexico. This is one of the sickest vids I’ve seen in a long time! It captures the core and gnar of skating that is often glossed over by perfect marble ledges and smooth pavement. The adventure, the stoke, the thrills and the spills….this is what makes skating so amazing. Viva Mexico y viva GX1000!! 🔥 🔥
