Hi Carol, The black all tied up thing is a jewlery roll.You snap your necklaces in it & then you can roll it up & tie it. It is good when you travel, I have one ki d of like it, but does not say all tied up, darn. LOVE YOU TWO, YOUR CHICAGO GIRL.
