從周朝的分封制已證明了領土太大，權力獨立和軍事經濟的差距會發生問題，晉國的內部的曲沃代翼根本就是一個獨立的小戰國時代，反之楚國擴張雖大，但行郡縣制和中央集權，正好給予後來秦國的集權制度作為實例。
