The reason why Rhyme never gets locked onto is because he keeps using that gun move. It makes him untargetable for the durration, which is completely broken, I don't know why they did that. It's not like Elegant Blaster where you have a moment where you're vulnerable, either, it's just... you use the move, you're untargetable the whole time.

In case you guys want some tips, Time Skip/Tremor Pulse is a really good Evasive to have for stuff like this. Just lock on to whoever needs reviving, use it, and it will teleport you to them instantly. It'll even give you a little bit of invincibility when your character does the kick. Helped me out a lot in online raids.
