How they rocked the world with Frogstomp: the album RIPS. The element they have in common with pearl jam is mostly in the vocal quality, very exteneded vowels but that's most of it

5 albums. But unfortunately the record company in the USA released Abuse Me first as their first single off their second album. (Instead of Freak) A lot of young people couldn’t relate to it and it sounded kinda gay before gay was accepted. And it was played over and over on commercial radio there. I guess the U S public never forgave them for that, combined with still getting over Kurt Cobain’s death. They did better in many other countries though and had released Freak first not Abuse Me from the second album.

They where a one hit wonder I don't care what people say but in my honest opinion they only have probably no more than like 1 to 3 good songs and that's it

1. Silverchair sucks. 2. Their debut album sucks. 3. Tomorrow is the beginning of the garbage known as post-grunge. 4. They were some kids that had no business driving a car when they got signed because labels were desperate to find the next Nirvana. There. I think that about covers everything.

@@PalmettoStateSirens yeah I used to get into it a long time ago when I was like 13 going on 14 maybe 15 or 16 haven't really paid attention to it for a long time so now I'm just stuck with the knowledge I know of tornado sirens people wonder why I know so much about them yeah it used to be my old hobby found a new one that's just as enjoyable can get you in just as much trouble too if you use it in your backyard decided to learn guitar and then I found out the true power and how brutal electric guitars can be depending on what amp you got doesn't take much to blow your socks off (Plus I was made fun of for it so that has a part of why I didn't pay attention to sirens anymore)
