이집이 맛있는데는 다 이유가 있다. 튀김이 깨끗하고 가지런하게 노인게. 보기좋은 음식이 맛도 좋다고.. 너무 먹고싶은 마음을 충동시키는 비주얼임..

튀김 넘 맛나보여요~ 근데 떡맛살 자를때 썼던 빨간 도마 바꾸셔야 될 것 같아요. 도마에 칼집이 너무나서 흰색 같은게 다 일어남.

Could anyone give a rundown on what all the different dishes/foods are? Tteokbokki is just the spicy rice cake soup dish, and while some are easy enough to figure out (fried prawns, blood sausage, etc.) I definitely don’t know what a lot of them are, such as the skewered items with the soup, and are those yam slices being battered and fried? Again, a nice rundown of everything shown would be helpful.

In South India(Tamil Nadu) also we have the similar recipe that they used to the flour to fry up the potato and bread. Its known as Bajji here and its very famous and tasty....Best place to eat bajji is beach ad it comes in different flavours like ,potato, chilli,banana, bread) Many food seems similar 😋 💕glad to know

i think to keep the batter super cold, because a super cold batter makes it extra crispy

It's interesting to know that those fritters look a bit similar to our indonesian gorengan. We have those fried sweet potato and veggie fritters (bala² or bakwan), try to make banana fritters and tofu stuffed vegetable fritters. It's yummy 😀😍🙏

Tempura batter should be very cold. Usually though the bowl of batter is placed in an ice bath to chill it fast and keep it cold.
