Only one foreign language is allowed in three language formula. English and French are not allowed all together in three language formula.

Mam kothari commission ka year 1962-64 tha ya 1964-66 tha......book me to 1964-66 diya h but aap bata rhi h 1962-64......plz reply and clear my confusion.
