Join Pace Morby and author of One Rental at a Time Michael Zuber in this eye-opening conversation as they dive deep into the process of building a real estate portfolio for those who still work a full-time job. This video is a goldmine for anyone looking to understand the importance of consistency, patience, and mindset in building a successful real estate portfolio.
Pace and Michael emphasize the power of consistent effort over time, showcasing how small, steady actions can lead to significant growth. They share their personal experiences and highlight the value of real-life lessons in achieving long-term success. The discussion revolves around the three-step process to wealth: creating disposable income, becoming elite at a specific skill, and giving it time to compound.
The video underscores the importance of viewing your job as a learning foundation and the positive impact of attitude and gratitude in the workplace. Pace and Michael stress the need to understand and grow your disposable income to make smarter investments in real estate.
Living on cash flow and the value of purposeful discretionary income are also key points in their conversation. They talk about the importance of delayed gratification and the difference between building real wealth and simply flashing wealth. With a focus on skill development, they explain the power of compounding skills and the importance of tracking properties and building strong relationships within the industry.
As they wrap up, Pace and Michael debunk the myth of shortcuts in real estate investing, emphasizing the value of slow, smooth progress in achieving lasting success. This video is a must-watch for new and experienced real estate investors who are thinking of quitting their W-2 to jump full time into real estate. You might want to rethink that choice.

Hey Pace good info as always, this has been a terrible spring with record breaking Tornadoes 🌪 approaching 100 for my state of Oklahoma. I have two questions, how would you market yourself in badly damaged areas which purchasing type would you promote what verbiage would you use, for home owners thats waiting on insurance would you work the deal with them keeping the claim check.? Other question is who would you recommend in Oklahoma to work with that you respect that would benefit my business that would welcome me looking over there shoulders and maybe partner with that does what they say? Thank you

Great video. Have you posted the details of the recent property you purchased using owner financing? Think you mentioned you put $1 down and will be paying $25k per month. I’m looking to buy a ranch the same way and wanted to hear more about how you did this deal.. Thanks brother
